SD Worx, 15 implementation workshops
In the course of 2012 SD Worx refreshed it’s mission, vision and strategy (MVS). In order to make this concrete we organised a workshop for each division, looking at how they could internally make this MVS operational. Together with a visual harvester (www.visualharvesting.com) we welcomed more than 100 people in 15 sessions in Antwerp, Breda, Luxemburg & Frankfurt (Dutch, French & German).
 

SD Worx klopte bij Red Zezel aan om constructieve workshops uit te werken rond de vernieuwde Missie, Visie en Strategie. Bedoeling was om in verschillende teams, die een dwarsdoorsnede waren van de organisatie, ideeën naar boven te halen die SD Worx nog beter in staat zouden stellen om zijn ambities waar te maken. Red Zezel speelde goed in op de eerste briefing en bezorgde ons meteen een offerte die to-the-point was. In de verdere uitwerking en uitvoering van 15 workshops bewees Sara overigens zowel in het Nederlands, Frans als Duits de gevraagde resultaten op te leveren. En meer. Via heldere communicatie en uitgebreide rapportering beschikken we nu over nuttige aanbevelingen die we zullen meenemen in het verdere traject binnen SD Worx.

Puratos, intensive new product brainstorm
During a 2-day intensive new product brainstorm Puratos and Novozymes looked together which new products they could develop together. Some figures: 2 companies (= real co-innovation), 14 participants, 6 nationalities, 547 ideas, 12 concrete, valuable and realistic concepts worked out in project templates.

Biofa, 4 months innovation process
Since more than 25 year Biofa is distributor of natural paint, ecological products for the protection of wood and eco-friendly cleaning products. During a 4 month strategic innovation process we mapped their current business model and worked towards concrete ideas to increase their market share. To this end we based our self on the 5 steps of the FORTH innovation method.
 

Business Academy South West, 2-weeks Design Thinking course
Each year we welcome around 25 design students from the Business Academy South West (www.easv.dk) in Belgium for a 2-weeks intensive Design Thinking course. Looking at the different steps and tools (brainstorming, customer journey mapping, empathy mapping, business model canvas,….) of a human centered design thinking process. Of course theory, tools, cases and pratical exercises are closely linked with each other in this course.
